What are the operating hours?

• SVN2 operates from 10 AM to 10 PM. However, please note that if there are no bookings after 6 PM, the facility will close at that time. We recommend planning ahead and making a reservation if you wish to play in the evening.

Accessing Trackman and where to locate your Trackman Pin Code.

• SVN2 bookings are scheduled for the top and middle of each hour. Your Trackman pin code will unlock your session at the designated reservation time and will not be accessible beforehand. We recommend arriving only a few minutes prior to your session to avoid unnecessary waiting prior logging in.
• Accessing Your Trackman Pin: You can find your pin code in two locations: 1) Your booking confirmation email; and 2) Your Golf Booking account. To locate your pin in your account, tap the three lines in the upper right-hand corner, select "Bookings," and then choose your current booking. The pin will be listed in the booking information.

What if the Computer Screen stops being a touch screen?

• Turn off the screen and turn it back on and it will resume its touchscreen functionality.

Do you bring your own clubs and do you have golf balls available?

• We encourage golfers to bring their own clubs, as using a Trackman unit provides an accurate representation of performance in a real-world environment.
• Yes, we have Titleist ProV1's at no charge in each bay to use.

Does SVN2 have Rental Clubs?

• Yes, we have rental clubs for right and left handed players, along with junior clubs.

Does SVN2 sell Food & Alcohol?

• We do not sell food; however, we offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks to curate their own experience.

Is the cost per person or per bay?

• The cost is per bay, accommodating up to four golfers comfortably. For groups larger than four, we recommend booking two bays.
